Day 1 - Double decker bus experience in London; 29 July 2006

Our train arrived on time at Euston Station.

Took the Northern Line and headed straight to Elephant & Castle.
The subway system in London proved to be more of an obstacle course for us.

2 adults, 4 kids and EIGHT bags.....
(BTW...we had to go to TESCO Extra in Bangor the night before to buy a 57L trolley bag. Got a good bargain by paying £9.90 only)

The crowd....the unfriendly system...and almost everything else stressed me out.
That indirectly affected everyone else....

Once we reached the station, we had to get a bus to Camberwell Road. Took bus number 68 and we alighted one station earlier than we supposed to.....

Found the Lemon Grass restaurant and got the keys from Kak Ida.
Nice cosy room and once we settled down, decided to try the double decker bus for a night view of London.
