Day 11 - July 26, 2006

Wales has many cycling routes.

Many tourists cycle to enjoy the natural beauty and maybe for health or economical reasons.

Daleela's place has one route that passes next to her area.

Lon Eifion starts from Caernarfon and ends about 12 miles south at a rural village of Bryncir. Daleela drove us to the BEICS MENAI cycle rental shop in Caernarfon and we chosed our cycles.

Min and Caya got their bicycles with gears and I took one with a child's seat for Hana.
Cost of rental for 4 hours...30 pounds sterling. (About RM 210...naperlah our currency so weak....)

From the shop, we pushed our bikes for about 200 metres before we start on our adventure on route 8 i.e. Lon Eifion.

Weather was lovely and our spirits were high. We were provided with complimentary helmets, maps and bicycle kit that includes spanners, spare tube and a bicycle pump.
